1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using HaloBonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming information. If you do not accept any part of this agreement, you must stop using HaloBonus and must not register, deposit, or place a wager.

6. Betting, Game Participation, and Acceptance

If a verified technical interruption prevents completion, HaloBonus may restore the stake, resume the round where technically possible, or settle the round using available records. A player's account history provides the primary transaction record, subject to correction of proven errors.

8. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Benefits

Promotional funds are subject to the rules shown with each offer, including eligibility, qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, expiry dates, maximum conversion amounts, excluded markets, and minimum odds. Claiming a HaloBonus promotion means you also accept its specific conditions. A cash balance and a bonus balance may be treated differently.

Only one eligible player, household, device, payment source, or shared connection may claim an offer where the promotional rules impose that restriction. HaloBonus may suspend or close an account where required by law, for security reasons, following a serious breach of these terms, or when continued service creates unacceptable risk. Where appropriate, verified withdrawable funds will be returned after legitimate deductions and completed reviews. Funds connected to fraud or unlawful activity may be handled according to applicable obligations.

13. Service Availability and Technical Issues

HaloBonus works to keep services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised. Maintenance, device compatibility, mobile data quality, power interruptions, telecommunications problems, payment-provider downtime, event-feed delays, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

If you experience an issue, do not repeatedly submit the same deposit, withdrawal, or wager. Check your HaloBonus account history first and keep relevant transaction references. The platform may correct records when technical evidence shows that a transaction was duplicated, incomplete, displayed incorrectly, or not accepted.

14. Complaints and Account Questions
